Description of work:  Repair roofing, paint exterior, installed new ceiling and lighting in barn runway and installing new wash stall with pvc panels.

Comments: The property owners wanted a first class barn.  The exterior was worn with peeling paint.  The roof was in need of repair and the wood trim was rotten.  All wood trim was replaced with maintenance free pvc lumber and we corrected the roof problem.  The exterior was painted to the customers color scheme.    The interior also needed a brightening up.  All ceilings were replaced and painted a brilliant white with new extreme water and dust resistant lighting was installed.  To create a more functional and easy to maintain wash stall, we installed all pvc wall panels making it bright and easy to clean. We have recently built new cabinets and added new counter tops to the tack and grooming areas. 

Description of work: replace all windows and add new kitchen window, add new bay window to living room, created custom interior trim, including custom brick veneer.  Exterior: added all insulation and maintenance free cement siding.  Also finished basement.

Comments: This is an ongoing project that began by creating a more enjoyable living space for the homeowners.  The homeowner wanted a unique home space more suited to their lifestyle while not compromising the rustic appearance in its rural setting.  The newly remodeled basement is now the exercise and TV lounge.  A beautiful bay window was installed with custom brick veneer and a grapevine joint.  We then opened up the kitchen area by adding a new double window that brings the outdoors in by allowing the homeowner to see her horses and pasture.  To complete this phase of the project we installed replacement windows throughout the house.  A cement fiber siding with custom stain was installed on the exterior with pvc vinyl soffit and trim with new gutters that gave the homeowner a totally maintenance free exterior.

Description of work:  Added all new window to sitting room.  Installed custom tile backsplash in kitchen.

Comments:  The narrow sitting room in this home had two small windows on one side with limited views.  The homeowner wanted this room to have a more “open feel”.  A custom window was added at the end of the room to allow the sun to pour in and create a more inviting space.

The homeowner let it be known that she had tile from a previous home.  She really loved this tile and wanted to add a special touch to her collection of kitchen copper.  We installed the tile as a kitchen backsplash and copper tile was installed in this accent pattern enhancing the décor of the homeowner.
