| 4 Streams - Renovation of Master Bathroom |
Description of work: New tile, soaking tub with granite surround, replacement shower with new tile and frameless glass enclosure, granite sink counter tops.
Comments: This customer really hated the existing bathroom and solid white tile, because it was difficult to keep clean. I was able to create the atmosphere the homeowner had wanted to match the rest of the home décor. The granite deck for the soaking tub and counter top were imported and defined the space. The tile cascaded down the walls and across the floor making the bathroom easy to clean. The shower with its’ frameless glass enclosure established the open-ness the homeowner had envisioned.

| 5 Points - Renovate Sunroom |

Description of work: Completely replaced flooring with new framing, new energy efficient windows and sliding doors.
Comments: After review of this project it was determines that the small floor repair the homeowner had planned was not possible due to the structural decay of the floor joists from leaking windows. We completely rebuilt the floor joists and installed insulation and vapor barrier. We then installed laminate flooring that looked like slate tiles, new energy efficient windows and sliding doors. This beautiful space is now the center point of year- round entertainment

| Hilton Road - Clear Land to Create Horse Pasture |
Description of work: Remove trees and grind stumps, leveled the landscape and seeded pasture.
Comments: Customer pastures were difficult to maintain and unable to be used in proper pasture rotation. Upon evaluating the property and consulting the homeowner we determined that it would be best to clear a 4 acre wooded lot. The woods were cleared, stumps ground, land was leveled. All wood was milled therefore, reducing the overall expenses to the customer. The new pasture was seeded and this fall will be ready for the horses.

| Cherry Lane - Renovate Newly Purchase Townhouse |
Description of work: Add new hardwood flooring, refinishing existing hardwood floors, adding new granite countertops and tile backsplash and paint entire interior.
Comments: Previous customer purchased a townhome for their future retirement. They wanted to upgrade the interior to the quality of their previous home (see granite bathroom 4 Streams). Custom 1 x 2 limestone tiles were as the kitchen backsplash to blend with the new granite counters. We removed the carpet in the dining room. A wall was added to divide the sitting room from the dining room and new hardwood floor was installed. The existing wood floors were completely refinished to complete the look of continuity. The interior was painted a rich pallet of earth tones lending to the warmth of the space
